You'll learn to choose them the way herbalists have for thousands of years: by smell, by instinct and by paying attention to how your body responds, with the names revealed only once you've made your choices. Brenda Grate, certified herbalist and founder of Mugwort and Meadow, will guide you through building your own personal blend, then talk you through brewing it properly and using these plants at home.
